Premium Camera + Accessory Rentals
Fort Worth Camera has you covered with an impressive selection of premium lenses, cameras, lighting + so much more for your next shoot! We rent cameras + lenses by Nikon, Canon, Sony + Fujifilm. Also in our rental department is lighting by Profoto, Elinchrom + ProMaster.
Rental Policies:
Please be advised that our rental policy is in place to better assist us in providing you the best experience.
Please take note of the following policies:
+ From Monday to Friday: $5.00 an hour per item late fee. Pick up available after 12pm.
+ To qualify for our weekend special, all items must be picked up after 12:00 PM on Friday and are due back the following Monday by 12:00 PM
+ If picked up before 12:00 noon, a full day fee will apply. Late drop off fee is $5.00 an hour per item, starting at 12:00 PM. Any item kept after 2:00 PM will incur a full day’s rental fee.
All customers need the following: (No exceptions)
+ All rental reservations will need a Credit Card, NOT a Debit Card for us to keep on file at the time reservation is placed. No Exceptions.
+ All applicants will need to have a current valid drivers license and corresponding credit card. Fort Worth Camera requires that the rental item must be picked up by the individual whose name is on the reservation.
Cancellations:
For cancellations, please call 24 hours in advance. Otherwise you will be subject to the rental fee and not receive a refund. If you call within 24 hours of your pickup time and need to cancel, you can use it as credit for a future rental
Fort Worth Camera does not issue refunds. We may elect to offer a rental credit.
